With
almost any project of almost any size, we require a free initial
face-to-face meeting where we get to know you and discuss your
needs.
Together we will determine how we can best meet those needs, and
then generate a proposal that outlines our plans.
In it you will find a detailed description of the scope and purpose
of the project(s),
itemized costs, and time frame. If you decide
to place your confidence in us and
approve our proposal, then the
clock starts running, and so do we. Depending
on the scope and nature
of a project, we may ask for a partial deposit before work commences.
Initially we enter a discovery phase where we do the research necessary
to determine the problem before we attempt a solution. A team is
formed and you will be assigned a project leader who will be your
primary point of contact and ultimately responsible for every facet
of your project's completion.
But first we make sure that we’ve got the problem identified
before we ever commit pen to paper–or mouse to pad
–
whether it’s a quick no-brainer, or involves working through
our Creative Blueprint (a document we’ve produced to help facilitate
your marketing objectives from a strategic perspective). Of course,
every job is different, and the processes for work on a logo may
be very different than that of a brochure or a web site, but every
job is monitored and scheduled with approval cycles and input/feedback
opportunities along the way. After
your final approval, we will send
out for bids to print/production houses to complete the job, and
will monitor its progress from release to delivery. If you like,
we can work with your favorite vendors, or provide turnkey service
with a select group of production houses that we know and trust.
Regardless of the project or its size, we will explain in detail
what you can expect and when you can expect it at every step along
the way.
