Process

We Meet

We request an initial face-to-face meeting where we get to know you and discuss your needs. Together we determine how to best meet those needs and then generate a proposal that outlines our plans.

The Proposal

Our proposals contain detailed descriptions of the scope and purpose of the project(s), itemized costs, and time frame.

The Trigger

When you decide to place your confidence in us and approve our proposal, the clock starts running and so do we. Depending on the scope and nature of a project, we may ask for a partial deposit before work commences.

Discovery

First we enter a discovery phase where we do the research necessary to determine the problem before we attempt a solution. We may ask you to fill out our Creative Blueprint, a document we’ve produced to help facilitate your marketing objectives from a strategic perspective.

Concept and Design Development

Based on a set of creative parameters set in the Discovery phase, we apply our creative horsepower to the development of several “Look and Feel” concepts and present them to you. Of course, every job is different and the processes for work on a logo will be different than that for a brochure or a website. But every job is monitored and scheduled with approval cycles and input/feedback opportunities along the way. Sometimes there are several stages of refinement and sometimes we nail it on the first round.

Production

After your final approval, we spend a considerable effort to prepare the concepts you’ve approved for their appropriate media. On your behalf, we send out for bids to print/production houses to complete the job and monitor its progress from release to delivery. If you like, we can work with your favorite vendors or provide a turnkey service with a select group of production houses that we know and trust. Regardless of the project or its size, we will explain in detail when and what you can expect at every step.
